For 16 years, Paula Neall Coleman was the assistant to the president of Scope Ministries, a biblical counseling ministry in Oklahoma City, before moving to the Kansas City area.  There she continued her work with women who struggle with overeating and developed The Weight of Grace as a means for women anywhere to meet together and explore the truths that set Paula free from years of overeating, yo-yo dieting, and overweight.
